First level of customization: up to 3 areas can be modified with fabrics, colors, or details. Option to add a small hand-drawn element.
EXPRESSION: from €850
Expanded customization: up to 5 parts can be modified, with black-and-white graphic details on the outer side, maintaining a refined balance.
STUDIO: from €1,300
Full creative freedom across the entire sneaker, including colors and added elements. Designed together with our team in a live session.
ARTISAN: from €1,750
Complete customization enhanced with hyper-realistic painted details, developed in collaboration with our designers.
MASTERPIECE: from €2,500
No creative limits: premium materials, advanced techniques, and fully bespoke design. A true one-of-a-kind collector’s piece.
The deposit secures your exclusive appointment with one of our Senior Designers and ensures priority in the creation and delivery of your piece. It is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final price.
If you’re unable to attend your scheduled experience, we’ll be happy to reschedule or adapt the format, finding the solution that best suits you.
We use the official My Mancini pedimeter, designed to accurately measure your foot. For even greater precision, we cross-check the data with the main sizing systems of leading sneaker brands. On top of that, your dedicated Personal Shopper will guide you step by step to ensure a perfect fit.
Thanks to our measurement system and personalized guidance, the margin of error is extremely small, even remotely. In any case, our dedicated after-sales service will always find the best solution to ensure you have the best possible experience.
Yes. Every element can be customized: materials, colors, stitching, finishes, and unique details such as initials, symbols, or graphics. All supported by our designers and your Personal Shopper, who will guide you through every choice.
The render is refined together with you by our designers as many times as needed until it perfectly matches your vision. It’s a true co-creation process, not just an approval step.
No, returns are not available. Each My Mancini creation is not an off-the-shelf product but a made-to-order piece, fully customized to your taste and choices.
That’s why we work closely with you during the design phase: the render can be revised as many times as needed until you are completely satisfied with the final result. Only then do we proceed with production.
No. Every My Mancini creation is developed on specially selected materials designed to ensure quality, durability, and flawless customization. This allows us to guarantee perfect color rendering, detail accuracy, and high-end artisanal finishes.
Of course. You can change or cancel your appointment up to 2 hours in advance directly from your confirmation email or WhatsApp message, selecting from the available time slots.

Every My Mancini creation is made to travel, anywhere in the world. We organize fast and precise deliveries, with shipping times generally ranging from 24–48 hours within Italy, 48–72 hours across Europe and the United States, and 72–96 hours for the rest of the world.
We carefully select the best international courier based on the destination, ensuring a reliable service that matches the level of the experience.
We can also arrange deliveries directly to hotels or specific locations, managing every detail to make the process seamless and effortless.
Shipping is always included in the purchase. For some non-EU destinations, customs duties may be required, depending on local regulations.
