RULES OF THE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY
"MY MANCINI CORNHOLE CHALLENGE"
Forte dei Marmi – July 18, 2026
Introduction
This initiative is exclusively a recreational activity organized by My Mancini S.r.l. as part of the event taking place on July 18, 2026, with the sole purpose of entertaining and engaging attendees.
Participation is free of charge, does not require any purchase, and is governed by the terms set out in these rules.
1. Organizer
The activity is organized by My Mancini S.r.l. at its boutique located at Via Mazzini 6C, Forte dei Marmi, Italy.
2. Date, Venue and Schedule
The activity will take place on July 18, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., subject to any changes required for organizational reasons, safety concerns, or force majeure. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the activity if circumstances make it necessary.
3. Eligibility
Participation is open exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
Individuals who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or whose conduct may compromise the orderly running of the activity or the safety of those present, may not participate.
Each participant may take part in one game session only.
4. Game Rules
Each participant will have 8 throws.
Scores will be assigned by My Mancini staff in accordance with the criteria set out in these rules. The decisions of the staff are final and not subject to appeal.
5. Scoring
Points will be awarded as follows:
• Center: 5 points
• Gold Zone: 3 points
• Wood Zone: 1 point
• Missed Target: -1 point
If a bean bag comes to rest balanced on the edge of the hole, the throw will be scored as a Gold Zone throw.
6. Event Gifts
Upon reaching the score thresholds indicated below, the Organizer may present participants with the following complimentary gifts:
• 15 points: My Mancini shoelaces
• 20 points: A portrait of the participant created by a My Mancini artist
• 25 points: Personalized My Mancini cap
• 30 points: Personalized My Mancini T-shirt
• 35 points: Personalized My Mancini jacket
Complimentary gifts will be distributed while supplies last, either during the event or, at the Organizer's discretion, in the days following the event.
7. Participant with the Highest Score
At the conclusion of the event, the participant achieving the highest score may receive, as a complimentary gift connected with the event, a My Mancini Experience, including the creation of a custom-made pair of shoes.
Exotic leathers, premium materials and special customizations are excluded.
Should two or more participants achieve the same highest score, My Mancini reserves the right to determine the recipient of the complimentary gift based on the participants' enthusiasm, spirit of participation, and overall engagement during the event.
8. Privacy and Use of Images
To participate, attendees will be required to acknowledge the privacy notice and provide only the personal data necessary for managing the activity and, where applicable, the delivery of complimentary gifts.
Consent to receive marketing communications and authorization for the use of photographs or video recordings are entirely optional and are not required for participation.
9. Safety and Responsibility
Participation is entirely at the participant's own responsibility. Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by the event staff and to behave respectfully toward other participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, offensive, or otherwise detrimental to the proper conduct of the activity.
10. Final Provisions
These rules govern solely the organization and operation of the recreational activity taking place during the My Mancini event on July 18, 2026.
Participation in the activity constitutes full acceptance of these rules.
